Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flipted, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Flipted grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal use only. You agree not to:

  • • Resell, redistribute, or share license keys
  • • Attempt to breach or circumvent license validation
  • • Use multiple licenses simultaneously
  • • Modify or reverse-engineer the software
  • • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • • Interfere with Vinted's terms of service

3. License Key Management

Each license key is bound to a single machine and user account. You are responsible for:

  • • Keeping your license key confidential
  • • Not sharing your license key with others
  • • Notifying us if your license key is compromised

License keys are activated by machine ID (derived from hardware information) and cannot be transferred between machines without explicit reset.

4. Subscription and Billing

Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.

Payment: All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for partial months or unused service time.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flipted be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Vinted Integration Disclaimer

Flipted is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Vinted. We are not responsible for:

  • • Changes to Vinted's API or policies
  • • Account suspensions or bans from Vinted
  • • Loss of items or data on Vinted
  • • Compliance with Vinted's terms of service

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Flipted complies with Vinted's terms of service.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that:

  • • You violate these terms
  • • You engage in illegal activity
  • • You attempt to breach security measures
  • • You violate Vinted's terms of service through our service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Flipted (including software, design, and documentation) are owned by Flipted and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • • Harass or harm other users
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • • Upload malware or harmful code
  • • Spam or send unsolicited communications

11. Data Loss

Flipted stores minimal data on our servers. Your Vinted credentials are stored only on your local machine. We are not responsible for data loss due to:

  • • Machine failure or data corruption
  • • Deleted or lost license keys
  • • Service unavailability

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification or discontinuation of the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following the posting of revised terms means that you accept the changes.
